In her new role, Riley will direct and oversee the iconic resort’s sales and marketing teams, and be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the resort's objectives.

Riley has nearly 20 years of leisure and hospitality experience, having worked in sales and marketing across the globe for Marriott International Inc., Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Anantara Phuket Resorts. Most recently, she was the Director of Global Sales of North America for Minor Hotel Group where she established the North America sales office, built key account relationships for the portfolio’s luxury segment, and generated brand awareness.
