Olympic Valley, CA – November 4, 2021 – Resort at Squaw Creek, a luxury Lake Tahoe resort based in California’s Olympic Valley, announces Molly Flora as spa director for The Spa at Resort at Squaw Creek. Flora joins the resort from Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley.

In her new role, Flora is responsible for fostering a luxurious wellness experience unique to the Lake Tahoe region while providing a platform for the spa team to create personalized experiences for guests.
With more than 10 years in the wellness industry, Flora began her career in a luxury spa in Birmingham, Alabama, before opening her spa focusing on natural products and treatments. Flora graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management and is certified in Holistic Spa Management. Additionally, Flora is a founding member of the Northern California Spa Professionals Association.
“My goal as spa director is to work closely with my talented colleagues to create a tranquil and unique space for our guests to experience a hyper-personalized wellness experience that will leave them feeling refreshed, happy and healthy. We want to create a journey that blends relaxation and therapy yet still feels authentic to this beautiful location here in North Lake Tahoe,” added Flora.
The Spa at Resort at Squaw Creek offers a variety of treatments including the Botanical Facial which uses natural ingredients and Chinese Gua Sha techniques to reduce tension and induce optimal skin health, and the spa’s “A Walk in the Woods” signature facial that combines organic ingredients with lymphatic facial massage techniques. The spa also provides several massage experiences such as the High-Altitude Massage designed to help guests adjust to the higher altitude by opening the lungs and relieving head pressure, the Mountain Sports Massage designed for those who lead an active lifestyle, and more.
