HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC, Sept. 15, 2015 – Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island has announced David Leffew as its new Director of Food and Beverage. In this role, he will oversee the culinary team, including the resort’s five on-site dining establishments, along with its catering and banquet operations. Previously, Leffew served as the director of catering and conference services at the resort.
Leffew holds over 12 years of hospitality experience and first joined Sonesta’s team in January 2014. Prior to his time at Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island, he held the position of general manager at The Mansion on Main Street (Voorhees, NJ) and served as general manager, sales director and corporate events director at LACENTRE Conference Center (Westlake, OH).
