DENVER (April 5, 2023) – The ART Hotel Denver, Curio Collection by Hilton is thrilled to announce the appointment of Ashley Robertson as executive chef of FIRE Restaurant & Lounge. Chef Robertson is bringing her soulful flare to the FIRE menu, in-room dining and catering menu development.

Chef Robertson’s culinary journey began as a cook at Hyatt Regency in Denver in 2007. She continued cooking at some of Denver’s largest convention hotels including Sheraton Denver Downtown, before being appointed chef de cuisine at The Westin Riverwalk, San Antonio’s Zocca Cuisine D’Italia Restaurant. After three years of creating cutting-edge menus for the restaurant and hotel, Chef Robertson returned home to Denver at Sheraton Denver Downtown as executive sous chef and ultimately interim executive chef. Today, she stands at the helm of FIRE with 15+ years of experience in the culinary space, paired with a track record of award recognitions, including ‘Leader of the Year 2023 at Sheraton’ and named in San Antonio’s Women Magazine, “Up front: They can stand the heat and then some.”
Chef Robertson’s passion for cooking mixed with her coveted creativity on and off the plate, will inspire her team of culinary experts at FIRE and further elevate the dining experience. As a chef-driven artist, she will develop thoughtful cuisine concepts for the restaurant’s playful yet sincere modern fare that is rooted in art, the essence of The ART Hotel Denver. When she is not in the kitchen, Chef Robertson enjoys hunting and hiking in the mountains, and trying new foods and beverages.
