Los Angeles, CA (July 6, 2023) — The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph Hall as Director of Food and Beverage of the iconic Los Angeles hotel. In this role, Hall will oversee all beverage operations for signature restaurant Boxwood, the Lobby Bar, the rooftop pool and in-room dining, as well as banquets and onsite events.

Hall, who boasts over 30 years experience in the food and beverage industry, first joined The London West Hollywood in 2022 as Beverage Director. He was then promoted to Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and now, Director. Before his time at The London West Hollywood, Hall was a Brand Area Director for one of the largest QSR franchises in North America. He began his hospitality career at a bar and restaurant company in Oklahoma before moving to Michigan and then to Pittsburgh, where he worked in the nightclub industry.
Hall currently lives in Woodland Hills, CA and is a fan of all things related to his alma mater, the University of Oklahoma. When not at work, he enjoys cooking, playing golf and attending concerts.
