With a decade of international culinary experience and a profound understanding of The Ritz-Carlton brand, Chef Arrebola brings a wealth of expertise to this prestigious role and culinary program.

Arrebola’s impressive career spans multiple Ritz-Carlton properties worldwide, including The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah, The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh, The Ritz-Carlton, Al Wadi Desert, The Ritz-Carlton Reserve at Dorado Beach Reserve, Hotel Arts Barcelona, The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, and The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay. Before his tenure with The Ritz-Carlton, Arrebola graduated with a Culinary diploma in culinary arts and pastry arts from IES Martí Dot, Sant Feliu del Llobregat in Barcelona. This education paired with his extensive experience at Forbes Five-Star properties has honed his ability to attain and elevate the highest standards of culinary excellence.
In his new role, Arrebola will collaborate with an exceptional team of culinary professionals, including Navio Chef de Cuisine Francisco Simón, Executive Pastry Chef Joanna Kaskiw, and newly appointed Director of Food & Beverage Maurice Tax. Together, they will oversee the resort’s diverse dining venues, including the recently renovated signature Navio and Conservatory restaurants.
