Most recently the Spa Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, she led operations and led the spa to earn the prestigious Forbes 5 Star rating in 2023, following a 4 Star rating from 2022. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Diamos successfully exceeded spa revenue forecasts and maintained outstanding guest satisfaction scores, including earning the highest guest satisfaction score across all Ritz-Carlton properties worldwide in 2018.
