Industry Leader To Oversee World-Class Dining Program
ATLANTA (March 19, 2015) – The St. Regis Atlanta, an unparalleled in-town resort located in the elegant enclave of Buckhead, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lukus Grace to the position of director of food and beverage. Grace will oversee all food and beverage operations of the hotel’s 151 guest rooms and suites, dining venues, and banquet and group event space. With his dedicated staff, Grace will enhance The St. Regis Atlanta’s highly-regarded dining program, which is hallmarked by luxurious hospitality, exceptional service, regionally-sourced ingredients, bespoke beverage programs, and an impeccable culinary experience in each of the hotel’s celebrated dining establishments.
A native of Long Island, New York, Grace brings a wealth of culinary experience and a noteworthy education from Fordham University to The St. Regis Atlanta. With experience working in cities across the U.S., including Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C. and New York, as well as time spent abroad in Singapore, Grace’s diverse management background has provided him with the skills needed to lead a large staff, oversee operations and surpass revenue goals. Formerly of the Capella Hotel Group, Grace held a variety of positions, including food and beverage manager at Hotel 71 in Chicago; food and beverage director at Capella Singapore; and, most recently, as part of the corporate food and beverage task force for Capella Hotel Group’s corporate office based in Atlanta.
