CHATTANOOGA, TENN., AUG. 19, 2015 — Chattanooga-based Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. recently broke ground on the five-story Hampton Inn by Hilton Wilmington/Downtown, marking the company’s entry into the Wilmington market and the state of North Carolina.
The hotel’s 92 guestrooms will feature the latest design package by the brand—Forever Young—which incorporates design elements and amenities that meet the needs of today’s modern traveler. The Perfect Mix Lobby is designed as an extension of the guestroom with a variety of seating and lighting options for both leisure and business travelers. Additional amenities will include an indoor saltwater swimming pool, 1200 square feet of meeting space, a 24-hour business center and a fitness center.
The hotel will provide guests with easy access to the downtown attractions, the Wilmington Riverwalk and the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
The hotel is projected to open in the fall of 2016.
