MIAMI, FL (June 30, 2016) – YVE Hotel Miami, A Destination Hotel is pleased to announce the expansion of its culinary team with the recent acquisition of Executive Chef Joseph Roberti and Cesar Zumaeta as the hotel’s Food and Beverage Manager.
With a combined level of premier culinary expertise, Zumaeta and Chef Joseph bring a discerning pedigree of luxury and creative culinary concepts that will further elevate YVE Hotel Miami’s F&B venues.

In his new position, Zumaeta will rejoin the YVE Hotel Miami family to lead the hotel’s culinary department and oversee its day-to-day operations. Zumaeta played an instrumental role in the launch of YVE Hotel Miami and was previously the front desk manager at Marriott Cadillac Courtyard. Chef Joseph possesses several years of sophisticated culinary experience and has worked in luxury restaurants such as Catch in New York Miami and Meat Market in Miami Beach.
