PARADISE ISLAND, BAHAMAS (June 8, 2022) – Atlantis Paradise Island in The Bahamas names Anthony Clément Vice President of Food and Beverage. Clément is responsible for strategic planning, operational management, and implementation of new and innovative food and beverage concepts across Atlantis Paradise Island’s 40 restaurants, bars, and lounges in his new role. He will also drive training and development programs for team members.
Clément brings over 20 years of executive experience in the food and beverage industry to his position at the resort. Prior to joining Atlantis, he served as National Director of Food and Beverage for the Germain Group overseeing 18 hotels. Throughout his career, Clément has been a member of various leadership teams, including General Manager of Hotel William Gray in Montreal, Director of Operations at W Montreal, Hotel & Resort Manager at the Sifawy Boutique Hotel in Oman, and Restaurants & Bars Director at the W Bogota where he collaborated with the Culinary Concepts Hospitality Group (CCHG).

Clément earned his Master’s Degree in International Hotel Management at the Vatel Institute in Lyon, France. Clément also received the Tourism & Restaurant Cooking City and Guide Certificate, Hotel and Management Industry BTEC, and Hotel and Management Industry HDN from Le Castel in Dijon, France. During his studies in France, Clément oversaw operations in multiple Michelin star-rated restaurants.

Clément is an avid traveler, having visited over 100 countries. His extensive travels and studies have allowed him to achieve fluency in many languages, including English, French, and Spanish.
Atlantis Paradise Island recently debuted Pita, a Mediterranean-style beachside concession near Aquaventure. The property will also unveil Paranza, which will serve modern coastal Italian cuisine, by four-time James Beard Award nominee and Michelin star-rated chef Michael White at The Cove later this year.
