CHG welcomes Jarrod Durrence and Nikki Hudson
ATLANTA, GA – November 11, 2015– Carver Hotel Group, the hospitality infrastructure powerhouse, announced that Jarrod Durrence and Nikki Hudson have joined the CHG team to help springboard the growth momentum the company experienced over the past year into 2016.
Durrence will serve as director of talent management for CHG. With more than 10 years in human resources within the hospitality industry, he is a multi-faceted director who offers extensive knowledge in analyzing human capital and operational needs. His vast experience covers every aspect of human resources including staffing, training, benefits, incentives and recognition.
By creating positive, effective work environments for employees and consultants of all levels, Durrence delivered invaluable results in decreased turnover and lower administrative costs for employers. He brings a strong track record for monitoring and retaining the best talent. In addition, he has proven success in developing and implementing compliance for all forms of organizational initiatives.
Hudson was named director of business development. As an experienced hospitality professional with more than 15 years in sales and marketing director roles, she previously worked in individual hotel settings and within a hospitality consulting company. Her advanced knowledge of group, transient, catering, reservation, revenue management and marketing disciplines, makes Hudson a powerful addition to the group.
With her proven abilities to grow consultative business and revenue, train, develop and implement best practices, Hudson will be a strong asset leading business development with a focus on continued growth for both Task Force and SalesXPRESS®. Through the XPRESS™ suite of services, CHG brings pro-active direct sales and revenue management to properties with budgets or infrastructure that don’t allow for in-house teams.
According to CEO Joel Carver, CHG currently has more than 175 task force consultants available across all disciplines, but plans to add significantly to that talent pool.
