ATLANTA, GA – January 16, 2020 – The Carver Companies, the hospitality infrastructure powerhouse, recently promoted two Carver Hotel Group (CHG) associates and added two new recruiters to the Carver-Olson Hospitality Search team.

Pamela Key has been promoted to CHG Task Force Talent Manager. Previously, Key served as the recruiting administrator for Carver-Olson. When she joined The Carver Companies in 2017, Key brought a strong human resources background. She’s become an expert in conducting research, interviewing talent, and determining “fit,” which is critical to Carver’s excellent record in both Task Force and Executive Search. In her new role, Key will identify, screen and interview potential Task Force candidates.

The former CHG Task Force Talent Manager, Kim Poole, was promoted to the National Account Manager for CHG.  She joined The Carver Companies in 2016 and honed her research and talent assessment skills by working across the organization with both the Business Development team and the Executive Search team. Poole has become so familiar with the client side, that her progression to National Account Manager was organic and automatic to broaden Carver’s strengths in both business lines. In her new position, she will match consultants with clients and their available opportunities for optimal outcomes.

“We want to congratulate Pamela and Kim on their accomplishments and subsequent promotions,” said The Carver Companies’ Chief Development Officer Charlene “Charley” Carter. “Their hard work and professional growth has paid off and we can’t wait to see what they achieve for our clients and consultants in 2020.”

In addition, Carver-Olson Hospitality Search recently added two new executive recruiters to their national staff, Adam Easterbrook and Nik Reynolds.

Based in the Atlanta area, Easterbrook has more than 15 years of experience in positions such as director of operations, national sales director, food and beverage manager, and restaurant and banquet manager for organizations ranging from AAA 4 Diamond Resorts to sports and entertainment facilities.

Reynolds began his hotel career on the front lines in the heart of the house/housekeeping in Rochester, NY and quickly moved up the ranks to senior sales manager and sales director positions. He has 15 years of experience with inside, outside and remote sales in the corporate/business travel, association, tour and travel, athletic and SMERF market segments.

“We’re excited to welcome Adam and Nik to our executive search team,” said Carver-Olson Managing Director Peggy Olson. “They both bring such a wide range of valuable talent and experience to our company and we’re looking forward to adding their relationships and networks to our reach across the industry.”

Carver-Olson now has executive recruiters in Chicago, New Hampshire, Atlanta, Rochester, NY, and their TalentXpress division is based out of Chicago. TalentXpress services both hotel and restaurant staffing needs at a more affordable flat rate. Olson added, “We think it just makes sense to base our restaurant division out of the greatest restaurant city in the country.”
