ATLANTA, GA – August 13, 2020 – In response to the current environment’s impact on hospitality professionals, hospitality infrastructure powerhouse, The Carver Companies launched CarverPerks, a program designed to help their consultants with some of their most significant needs.

“We wanted to find ways to help our consultants with their health and financial needs, and while we recognize they are independent contractors, our goal is to broaden the advantages that we can offer them above other Task Force companies,” said The Carver Companies CEO Joel Carver.  “And to also give them the very best package of perks in the industry.”

The CarverPerks program includes:

Carver Hotel Group Tele-Health:    For a monthly affordable subscription, consultants can sign up for no- fee Tele-Doc visits, Tele-Mental Health visits, health advocacy to help sort through complicated billings/EOB’s, and vision, dental, and prescription discounts.  This is not an insurance plan, but a true benefit created under The Carver Companies brand to extend to both the consultants and their dependents.

Banking:   Through The Carver Companies’ ongoing relationship with BB&T, soon to be known as Truist, consultants are eligible for BB&T@Work, which includes personal financial advice from a BB&T banking representative, financial education classes, credit score counseling, and Elite@Work Checking offering low or no fee checking, free checks, no-fee transactions, bonus interest rates, no-cost safe deposit box, no-fee money orders, and more.

Verizon:    Consultants are eligible for a discount of up to 18% on most Verizon cell and data plans.

Raymond James:   The Carver Companies have a long-standing relationship with Raymond James, and consultants have direct access to a Raymond James Financial Advisor who knows the company well, and can advise on retirement planning and smart investing for the future.

“Now more than ever, we want our consultants to know that as hospitality professional, Carver is the place to be,” said Chief Development Officer Charlene “Charley” Carter, “and that we want to be supportive of their critical needs in health, financial security, and information technology.”
