LAS VEGAS (April 8, 2024) – Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino, an iconic destination in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas, announced today the appointment of Eddie Perales as Director of Food & Beverage. With an illustrious career spanning over three decades in the hospitality and culinary industry, Perales brings a stellar reputation and an innovative spirit to the role.
In his new role, Perales is charged with overseeing the food and beverage offerings property wide, including the legendary Triple George Grill.
Perales joins the property from OYO Hotel and Casino Las Vegas where he was responsible for the leadership of the food, casino bars and cocktail beverage services. Known for his creative flair and dedication to excellence, Perales’ distinguished background has earned him widespread acclaim and recognition throughout his career. Prior to that, Perales has spent time working across Westgate Resorts, Rio Las Vegas, Caesars Entertainment and House of Blues.
