The Rainmaker Group Sees Rapid Growth for Price Comparison Solution
ATLANTA – Oct. 13, 2015 – Revcaster®, a popular price comparison tool that joined The Rainmaker Group earlier this year, has seen a surge in demand by the hotel and gaming industry. A competitive rate shopping instrument, Revcaster provides deep-dive local knowledge and analysis so hoteliers can monitor market changes and maximize ADR. It is a part of Rainmaker’s sophisticated, science-driven solution suite that manages hospitality revenue and optimizes profit. Revcaster’s rapid growth in recent months points to the industry’s hunger for smarter resources that yield better returns.
New Revcaster clients include marquee hotel brands and properties such as Auberge Resorts (Auberge du Soleil, Calistoga Ranch, Hotel Jerome, and Esperanza Resort), Benchmark Hospitality International, Irvine Company, select La Quinta Inns & Suites, Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, Essex House Hotel and The Cliff House Resort & Spa. Premier gaming destinations have also turned to Revcaster, from Foxwoods Resort Casino to several major properties in Las Vegas. Many new partners chose to integrate Revcaster with Rainmaker’s other trademark solutions, including GuestRev®, GroupRev® and Business Intelligence.
Revcaster saw high demand from select-service and extended-stay brands, including 40 new properties by WoodSpring Suites (formerly Value Place), as well as individual Choice Hotels, Wyndham, Hilton and Marriott properties.
International growth has been notable as well, with Westmont Hospitality Group in Canada, for instance, adding 40 properties to the Revcaster portfolio for a total of 130 hotels. Commenting on the product, Vinay Zore, senior director of operations for Westmont Hospitality Group, said, “Revcaster gives my division’s GMs a clear, real-time understanding of their comp-set’s rates to help us increase revenue.”
Demand for Revcaster goes well beyond North America. Since August, Rainmaker has shepherded 100 new international hotel integrations in markets including Ireland, France, Scandinavia, South Africa, China and the Philippines.
