MIAMI, FL – July 8, 2021 – The St. Regis Bal Harbour, the Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond resort that was recently named a top resort in Florida by Conde Nast Traveler, is proud to introduce Alexina Beauperthuy as the luxury resort’s new director of food and beverage.
In her role, Alexina will oversee the operations of the restaurants found throughout the resort, including Atlantikos, a Mediterranean restaurant; La Gourmandise, a French-inspired all-day cafe; The St. Regis Bar and Wine Vault and BH Burger Bar, which recently opened. Additionally, she will work to elevate the resort’s culinary offerings through imaginative programming, reimagined menus, and world-class banquet and event management.

Alexina has already hit the ground running with activating the various food and beverage outlets throughout the resort. Examples include introducing Matcha cocktails and teas at La Gourmandise and offering Live Jazz and bourbon pairings at the St. Regis Bar on Thursday nights.

Alexina brings over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry to The St.Regis Bal Harbour, having worked in leadership roles in various Marriott properties throughout South Florida.
