In 2016, VSBM engaged Hunden Strategic Partners to complete a feasibility study regarding the proposed indoor facility in St. Joseph County. After a robust analysis, HSP determined, due to its location in the heart of the Midwest, its population base and its access to Chicago, Indianapolis, Michigan, and Ohio, that such a facility would be feasible and recommended the development of an 8-court sports facility.
