Watch Our One-on-One Discussions at Google’s NYC Headquarters
Understanding how to maximize revenue from the extensive array of Google’s products can be daunting. To help hotel digital marketers navigate the Google landscape, HeBS Digital sat down with Google at their headquarters to discuss their latest advertising formats, case studies from the HeBS Digital portfolio, and how hoteliers can boost customer engagements and revenues from Google.
As a result of the discussions, a pair of videos were produced, featuring one-on-one conversations between Google Agency Development Manager Victoria Fabiano and two of HeBS Digital’s top online marketing experts: SVP of Marketing Mariana Safer and Manager, SEM Department Carmine Fischetti.
Fabiano, Fischetti and Safer discussed Google’s ambition to stay on the frontlines of the hospitality digital marketing industry, and HeBS Digital’s ability to harness Google’s newest products and technology and drive high returns and revenues for its hotel client portfolio.
HeBS Digital and Google are linked by a unique partnership that fosters innovation and drives revenue. As a Google Partner agency, HeBS Digital offers a wealth of search engine marketing (SEM) and display advertising experience. The firm’s 40-plus Google AdWords-certified search professionals work to maximize revenues and secure high ROIs for its hotel clients via paid search, display adverting, Gmail Ads, and a number of innovative products still in beta like Customer Match lists. In fact, HeBS Digital has been planning and executing paid search campaigns successfully since 1997, and on Google AdWords since 2000.
Fabiano’s discussion with Fischetti focused on hotel SEM campaign successes achieved through the Google-HeBS Digital partnership – reinforcing many of the strategies outlined in Fischetti’s recent 2016 SEM Campaign Checklist article. Fischetti and Fabiano covered some of the most pressing trends in SEM, the most important new paid search products offered by Google, and the primary benefits of HeBS Digital’s Google Partner status:
- Gmail Ads
- Customer Match Lists
- YouTube TrueView
- Dedicated support staff and direct communication
- Beta product access
- Access to in-depth data on the travel-planner’s road map to booking
- The growing importance of mobile search advertising
Meanwhile, Safer’s discussion with Fabiano centered on how the partnership helps HeBS Digital achieve its goal of lowering hoteliers’ distribution costs while maximizing their revenues. The interview included information on the benefits of the HeBS Digital-Google relationship and an overview of the events co-hosted by the two companies. Safer also detailed HeBS Digital’s brand values, which are supported by the firm’s partnership with Google:
- A focus on innovation
- An emphasis on driving high ROI
- Serving as a partner to every client, not just a vendor
As an official Google Partner, HeBS Digital enjoys access to unique tools and insights, along with a direct connection to Google itself. HeBS Digital earned its Google Partner status by passing a series of Google advertising certification exams, adhering to best practices, and delivering consistently strong results for its client portfolio.
As mentioned in the HeBS Digital & Google Partnership Overview video, the companies have co-hosted several events during the course of their relationship. The third-annual Travelers Mindset Summer Conference, held in July at Google’s New York headquarters, brought together experts from Google, HeBS Digital, RateGain, Lionbridge and NAVIS for a discussion of trending issues and innovative strategies in the hospitality space.
The upcoming Google – HeBS Digital Conference will be held at Google’s Headquarters in Manhattan on February 16, 2016 and will feature actionable recommendations for hoteliers on how to maximize revenues from the direct online channel, lower cost of sale, shift share away from the OTAs, and steal market share from the competition.
