Punch your HX Passport at Beekeeper Booth 1020, November 10 – 12, at the Javits Center in New York, for a chance to win $5,000!

San Francisco — Nov. 5, 2018 — Beekeeper, the leading communication and operations platform for connecting a hotel’s non-desk workers across locations and departments, will be at HX: The Hotel Experience Powered by AAHOA next week. The digital operations platform is delivering the ultimate guest experience by cultivating an undeniably empathetic employee experience. Considering that the current hospitality workforce gap has reached unprecedented levels (with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics estimating more than a million job openings within the leisure and hospitality sector), it’s imperative that hoteliers implement tools that will help them retain their employees for the long term.

Beekeeper will be on display in Booth 1020, November 10 and 11, at the Javits Center in New York. The company has won 5 of the last 5 innovative technology awards, including being named: “Hottest Technology 2019” (ALIS) and a “2019 Top Rated Operations Product” for employee engagement (HotelTechReport).

“The best way hoteliers can engage their deskless employees and get them to embrace a hotel’s culture is to connect them digitally to the organization,” said Andrada Paraschiv, Beekeeper Head of Hospitality. “Linking employees across locations and departments in real time via mobile or desktop devices will keep employees engaged with management and each other. This isn’t a theory; it’s a proven means to improving internal communication and streamlining business processes. It’s a way for connecting non-desk workers to company news, updates and protocols; a new method for onboard new hires; and an exceptional process towards motivating existing employees and sharing their achievements. In many ways, it’s the key to higher employee engagement and increasing guest satisfaction.

“We hope those concerned with the current labor situation and who want to find creative ways to retain their employees visit Beekeeper at HX,” she said. “As more and more hotels begin using mobile platforms such as phones and tablets to communicate with employees, the risk of losing employees to the competition or other industries lessens. We will be holding live demo’s each day in Booth 1020. We look forward to seeing you there.”

NEW at HX 2019!
Beekeeper is one of 10 companies participating in the HX Passport Program that will award one participant with $5,000. Each attendee will receive an HX Passport card at registration with their badge. Attendees visiting Beekeeper in Booth 1020 will receive a stamp on their passport. Once a passport has six stamps from the required booths, attendees must drop off their passports at the HX Stage (Booth 1381) Ballot Box. On Monday, Nov. 11 at 4:30 p.m. at the HX Stage, the $5,000 cash prize winner will be drawn.

“We’re hoping the passport drawing will help bring that excitement to the end of the show,” said Paige Haefer, marketing manager, North America, Beekeeper. “There are so many vendors to see, and that’s great, but it can also be paralyzing for attendees. Hopefully the passport can guide their journey through the expo floor, give them an end goal, and the chance to win a prize.”
